Where HR Experience Meets Mobile Convenience

With more than 25 years of corporate HR and onboarding experience, I understand the importance of accurate and timely employment verification procedures.

Candlewood Mobile Notary LLC provides professional mobile I-9 Verification services for remote employees and employers throughout Connecticut.

As the employer’s Authorized Representative, I meet with the employee in person, review acceptable identification documents, and complete the employer verification section of Form I-9.

Mobile appointments are available at homes, offices, coffee shops, libraries, and other convenient meeting locations.

How the I-9 Verification Process Works

Step 1: Employer Completes Employee Instructions

The employer provides the employee with Form I-9 instructions and identifies Candlewood Mobile Notary LLC as their Authorized Representative.

Step 2: Schedule a Mobile Appointment

The employee schedules a convenient time and location for the in-person identity verification appointment.

Step 3: Employee Presents Identification Documents

The employee presents original, unexpired identification documents from the USCIS acceptable documents list.

Step 4: Form I-9 Verification Completed

The employer verification section of Form I-9 is completed as the employer’s Authorized Representative.

Step 5: Employee Returns Documents to Employer

The completed I-9 documentation is returned to the employer according to their instructions.
